Horse riding

The crests of the Causse de Blandas offer magnificent perspectives for a horseback ride. The view is far-reaching and the Aigoual massif develops its relief with the Pic du Saint-Guiral in the heart of the Parc des Cévennes. In a short time, we offer you a real dive into a still protected nature. It is the ideal place which offers beginners the discovery of horses in complete safety and experienced riders galloping spaces.

Half-day outings

We are extremely lucky on our farm to be able to offer you a magical panorama in a short time on horseback by climbing the ridges of our parks. From the top we have a breathtaking view of… (I’m not telling you and I’ll let you discover it). Our trails to access them are located in the parks where the horses live all year round. It is then a space that the horses know by heart and where they will offer confidence and gaits to beginners! Sensations guaranteed for everyone, it is a privileged place to start outdoor horse riding.

Depending on your level, the 1/2 day (3 hours on horseback) will allow us to leave the estate to discover the forest of

Blandas.

Day on horseback at the Cirque de Navacelles

We can be proud of our territory and lucky to evolve on the Causse because in a day on horseback, we will be able to find the sensations and the atmosphere worthy of a real ride lasting several days. A taste of the hikes led by Robin. In the morning we will discover the crests of the Gorges de la Vis and we will descend to Vissec with the experienced riders. After reaching Navacelles going down the Vis, we will stop at Navacelles. After the picnic we will cross the river on horseback before going up the old mule path to reach the Causse de Blandas and the Belvédères du Cirque. For beginners, we will discover the Cirque from the ridges and at height. Splendid panorama guaranteed!

The day lasts 5 to 6 seven hours on horseback and the price includes lunch. From 10 years old.

Day in the Cévennes

For intermediate to experienced riders, a day in the Cévennes can be offered. Departing from Quintanel, you will descend into the Arre Valley to reach the village of Arrigas, where a picnic is a must. In the afternoon, you will reach the Causse via a splendid route that you will remember! A beautiful day that will certainly give you a change of scenery, passing from the limestone Causse, farming land, to the chestnut groves and terraces cultivated typically in the Cévennes (PDO sweet onions from the Cévennes)
